For this project, I was challenged to redesign the cover and an article from Wired magazine. I completed this project in 2020. One challenge that I faced was the layout of the pages and how to get my pages to fit into Wired’s design aesthetic. It took me a few tries to get it to feel appropriate to this specific article and to the magazine itself. My visual research included looking at different issues of Wired magazine from previous years. I wanted to make my magazine cover and article layout as close to Wired as possible.
